Presentation of the Deeptech Dynamics study by Dr. Rodolphe Rosier
Launching a deeptech startup means operating in a complex environment, where growth trajectories are often long, uncertain, and vary greatly from one project to another. Traditional tools, particularly those from Lean Startup, are not always sufficient to understand these dynamics.
To address this need, Dr. Rodolphe Rosier, Deputy Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at CentraleSupélec, conducted Deeptech Dynamics 2026, in partnership with Bpifrance and France Deeptech. The study is based on the analysis of 242 French deeptech startups, representing 18.5 billion euros raised between 2010 and 2025, as well as around forty interviews with founding entrepreneurs and investors.
At the heart of the study is the Deeptech Quadrant, an analytical framework that no longer classifies startups by technological sector, but rather by how they create value and approach the market — identifying four main types of deeptech startups, present across all sectors.
We invite you to discover the study presented by Dr. Rodolphe Rosier on June 16, 2026, from 12:00 to 14:00, at Le Repaire in the Bouygues Building.
The presentation will be followed by a lunch reception.
