🦾 A promising young company in industrial robotics, iFollow developed an autonomous mobile robot that can be used for order picking assistance, warehouse load transport, or to help build a logistics chain. The startup raised 7.5 million euros at the end of 2021 to accelerate its commercial deployment, and was acquired by the group Stow in 2022.
During this meeting, Vincent Jacquemart shared his key learnings with the startups supported by 21st by CentraleSupélec:
✔ The essential understanding and alignment with your co-founder;
✔ Constant R&D iteration on the product and technology, to adapt to customer constraints and needs;
✔ Acceptance of a long development timeline, inherent to deep tech projects;
✔ Managing the exit in a co-constructive manner, to continue creating value, while not underestimating the psychological dimension
