Poulpy is a therapeutic companion robot. It helps develop interactions between caregivers and individuals living with Alzheimer's disease by promoting communication and emotional expression.
Our solution will provide comfort to elderly individuals who need it, and may even slow down the disease's progression.
To achieve this, we stimulate several of the patient's senses: hearing, sight, and touch. Our solution takes the form of an empathetic and therapeutic robot shaped like an interactive octopus, equipped with various subsystems for verbal, non-verbal communication, and physical expression.
