The startup is democratizing the circular economy in the food service industry by structuring the first reconditioning supply chain for professional kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerators, etc.).
We are delighted to welcome its co-founder, Anne-Laurène Harmel, a former student of the CentraleSupélec Entrepreneur program.
