Founded to address the significant organizational crisis French hospitals have been facing for several years, Hopia is led by two CentraleSupélec engineers, Matthias Lesage and Victoire Bach.
The objective is to provide a technological and practical solution to the issue of optimizing human and material resources in hospitals. To achieve this, they have already developed a first module for automatically generating schedules for caregivers and doctors, optimized according to their preferences, service constraints, and staffing needs.
