Harold Guillemin founded Finx. The startup designs a new bio-inspired marine propulsion system that replaces boat propellers with an undulating membrane, inspired by the movement of fish fins. The Fin5 is the first fin-driven, propeller-free, 100% electric boat engine, designed for small boats and sailboats up to 3 tons. This disruptive, electric, and safe technology, unique worldwide, is based on approximately twenty international patents. Thanks to the immense potential of this technology, FinX will soon sell licenses to expand into other areas: pumps and fans.
