Seederal

-Seederal, a startup co-founded by Antoine VENET, Arthur Rivoal  has raised 11 million euros to accelerate the development of its electric tractor! 🚜

In parallel with this fundraising, the startup, supported by the 21st accelerator, announced it has been selected for the France 2030 program, which will allow it to solidify its position as a pioneer in decarbonized agricultural machinery.

Seederal develops 100 to 200 HP tractors that can be used interchangeably with conventional tractors. This helps maintain productivity while significantly reducing CO2 emissions and reliance on hydrocarbons. These electric tractors are, therefore, a viable solution for modernizing agriculture while preserving the environment.

Guided energy

-Guided Energy raised €4.6 million from Sequoia Capital in February 2024 to transform electric vehicle fleet management.

This funding round will enable the company to accelerate its development and deploy its solution to thousands of commercial vehicles. The startup, co-founded by Anant Kapoor and Eric Daoud, offers operations automation software for electric vehicle fleets.

Scienta Lab

-Scienta Lab raised €4 million in December 2023 from CentraleSupélec Venture, to redefine precision immunology through the power of AI.

The deeptech startup co-founded by Camille Bouget, Vincent Bouget, Julien Duquesne and accelerated by 21st by CentraleSupélec since 2021, has welcomed CentraleSupélec Venture fund into its capital, after being supported by the CentraleSupélec foundation, as well as renowned business angels such as Flavien Kulawik (co-founder of KLB Group).

Scienta Lab is developing EVA, the first foundation model 100% dedicated to immunology and inflammation. Trained on a large amount of data describing clinical symptoms, biological perturbations, and genomic profiles, it accelerates every step of new drug discovery, from identifying the therapeutic target to understanding its biological mechanism of action and characterizing the patient subgroup that will benefit from the treatment.

Spark Cleantech

-Spark Cleantech raised 4 million euros in October 2023 from Asterion Ventures to decarbonize industry using green hydrogen.

The startup is co-founded by Erwan Pannier and Patrick Peters, produces decarbonized hydrogen using 4x less electricity than water electrolysis, directly at the point of consumption. Spark uses a patented pulsed cold plasma process that separates (bio)methane into hydrogen and solid carbon, thus without CO2 emissions.

The modular Spark system will enable the production of up to 1000 kg of hydrogen per day, directly on-site, to meet industrial needs by eliminating the constraints and costs of hydrogen transport and storage.

Carborn Farm

-Carbon Farm raised €2.5 million in October 2023 from Techmind, Racine² to decarbonize rice farming and promote sustainable practices.

Co-founded by Vassily Carantino & James Hastwell, the startup uses satellite data to certify sustainable agricultural practices.

Agriculture could become carbon negative if farmers adopted regenerative agricultural practices worldwide. CarbonFarm makes regenerative agriculture profitable for rice farmers and rice buyers through satellite-verified carbon credits. To achieve this, the startup monitors emissions using artificial intelligence and satellite imagery, and we handle the certification of carbon credits. The project is supported by the European Space Agency - ESA and will be co-supported in partnership with AgroParisTech.
