SMEs have adopted AI in a fragmented way, often under pressure from their employees: everyone installs their own tools, sometimes on personal accounts, company data ends up in applications that no one controls, and costs accumulate without any visibility. Intended to lighten the workload, AI has added a layer of complexity that business leaders have neither the time nor the resources to absorb.

Goodweek is the AI workspace deployed and managed for a company by its IT provider. The platform centralizes leading market models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Mistral, within a secure, governed environment. It leverages existing business tools and data, automatically selects the best model for each task, keeps data where the client decides, and is billed based on actual usage rather than a flat per-seat fee. No technical expertise is required from the user, either for installation or daily use. The goal is to transition AI from an invisible, individual habit to a governed corporate practice, built with and for employees. In practical terms, this means eliminating shadow AI, ensuring data sovereignty, giving leadership visibility into access, usage, and costs, and making workflows shareable from one person to the entire team.

Founded in September 2025, the startup already has 50 employees, with headquarters in Strasbourg and offices in Paris, Madrid, and Los Angeles, serving nearly 150 clients across France, Spain, the UK, the Benelux region, and North America. Its model is a SaaS solution billed per user license per month, distributed primarily through software reseller partners. The model is designed to allow these partners to maintain the client relationship and act as trusted advisors rather than mere resellers.

A new $12M funding round, announced on October 15, 2026

Following an initial $10M seed round, Goodweek announced a $12 million funding round on October 15, 2026, led by the Spanish fund Adara Ventures, with participation fromAnamcara Capital,BGV,BY Venture Partners,CentraleSupélec Venture,FJ Labs,Interlace Ventures,True VenturesandBpifrance. This operation will allow the startup to accelerate its commercial efforts and continue its international expansion, particularly into new markets in Latin America and Asia.

The next step

A one-year-old startup, Goodweek is currently in the commercialization phase and is structuring its go-to-market strategy. The product is live with clients in five markets, and the partner network is currently being consolidated. The coming months will be busy: supporting this network to help them deploy the platform to their clients, opening new markets, finalizing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications—prerequisites for entering regulated markets—and maintaining high adoption rates among end users, as the value proposition only holds if non-technical employees actually use it. All this while continuing to hire without diluting the company culture.
