In just a few years, the home has become France's primary hospital: home care devices support approximately 2.5 million patients each year (2022 figure), a number that has tripled since 2010 and continues to grow, linked to the aging population. CareCare primarily targets the market of independent liberal nurses (IDELs) and aims, with the deployment of the CareCare application, to save over 7 hours of administrative tasks per week. Less admin means more rest time or more care time with patients!
The shift to outpatient care has made the home the primary hospital in France. While Doctolib has upgraded tools for urban and hospital medicine, existing software is poorly suited to the experience of home healthcare professionals. CareCare's ambition is to create an OS for home healthcare by placing independent liberal nurses (IDELs) at the heart of the home healthcare system and reinventing the experience of home healthcare professionals with an application adapted to the reality of their daily lives.

The next steps
CareCare is working toward several key milestones: obtaining SESAM-VITALE certification - essential to establishing itself within the French healthcare ecosystem - launching the application as a SaaS product, and closing a €1.5 million Seed round to support this rollout. Milestones that will mark CareCare's entry into its commercial growth phase.
Why 21st by CentraleSupélec ?
CareCare joins 21st by CentraleSupélec to challenge its product roadmap, refine its go-to-market strategy, positioning and pricing, and prepare its Seed raise under the best conditions. The accelerator also opens strategic doors - including discussions with Ramsay Santé around the tools used in their HAD facilities and potential synergies around the patient's return home.
