
Edonia is a sustainable food deeptech company developing a unique technology to transform microalgae into a highly nutritious, sustainable, and delicious alternative to meat.
The problem: We must reduce CO2 emissions linked to our diet. Meat consumption is one of the primary causes.
Despite this, meat alternatives are not yet up to par: lower nutritional qualities, ultra-processed, and not always tasty.
Edonia uses microalgae to create new sustainable, nutritional, functional, and delicious alternatives, thanks to a technology developed in collaboration with the research units of CentraleSupélec andAgroParisTech : Edonization!
